Honey Soy Nibbles with Lemon Aioli & Broccolini



  • 15 George & Jo's Chicken Nibbles

  • ¾ Cup Soy Sauce

  • ¼ Cup Honey

  • 4 Garlic Cloves – Crushed

  • 250g Broccolini

  • 1 Cup Aioli

  • 2 Fresh Lemons

  • 1/8 Cup Toasted Sesame Seeds



In a container mix soy sauce, honey, crushed garlic & finely chopped ginger. Add George & Jo's chicken nibbles and coat in marinade. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Heat oven to 180 degrees - Fan bake. Place nibbles in lined oven tray and place in oven for 30-40 minutes until chicken is cooked through and nibbles have started to caramelise. In bowl add aioli, zest & juice of 1 lemon. Stir to combine. Blanch the broccolini in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, drain and refresh in cold running water. Drain well. Place in serving bowl with fresh lemon squeezed over. Remove nibbles from oven once cooked through, place on serving platter. Top with toasted sesame seeds. Serve with steamed broccolini, lemon aioli & fresh lemon wedges.
